1. It is legal for you to possess and use the items being purchased in your city, state & county.

2. You have contacted any local, state and or federal authorities where necessary and are acting in a lawful manner with regard to this and any other orders/products from U.I.T. LLC and anyone affiliated with U.I.T. LLC.

3. You are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to own and possess the items being ordered.

4. Any products received will be used legally for self defensive or training purposes only.

5. All products are sold upon the condition that we, the seller, will not be liable for any arrest, accident, or injury occurring during the transportation, handling, storage, sale, or use of any product purchased by the buyer.

6. Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold U.I.T. LLC, its respective affiliates, its directors, officers, employees, owners, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of the use of any of the products, information, processes, by the Buyer in reference to any claim however caused and on any theory of liability or tort (including negligence).

7.By placing an order, buyer agrees that U.I.T. LLC and anyone affiliated with it in anyway has no control over the use of any product ordered. The buyer also agrees that, under no circumstances will you hold U.I.T. LLC or the manufacturer liable for any loss, including any circumstances arising out of the use or misuse of these products. U.I.T. LLC assumes no liability for the products or services it represents.

8. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND NOT U.I.T. LLC TO ASCERTAIN AND OBEY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS IN REGARD TO THE POSSESSION AND USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. ABSOLUTELY NO SALES TO MINORS. BY PLACING AN ORDER, THE BUYER REPRESENTS THAT ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED WILL BE USED IN A LAWFUL MANNER AND THAT HE/SHE IS OF LEGAL AGE.

9. Since no product is 100% effective against attack, U.I.T. LLC or its owners assume no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment, or death. By placing an order, you release U.I.T. LLC of any liability regarding your actions concerning the sale, use, ownership, and shipping of any products purchased. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability.
